Dress rehearsals for Li'l Abner are starting this Monday (11/17)! Call is at 5 pm. Those interested in ushering need to wear all black and arrive at 6 pm.
KP filled us in on BTG and Districts. 
Any Districts questions? Ask Kat Carson! *There is a list of shows that you can choose from for Tech pieces.*

Steak'n'Shake night is tonight! Go to the S'n'S on 580 and 20% of your purchases will go to the club! 6-9 pm.

THIS SATURDAY November 1 is Boot Camp. 8 am-3 pm. It is mandatory for all Musical Theatre class members!!

-Usher for "Li'l Abner"!
-Sign-up, audition, compete in Districts! Or if you would prefer, volunteer!
-Sign-up, audition, perform in Broadway to Go (Friday, Dec. 12)!

Sam Stump is handing out Car Wash tickets for $5, the more you sell the more you save later with booster points! Car wash is 8a-2p at Lifestyle's by Countryside Mall.
Wednesday, October 29 - Steak'n'Shake Night. 6-9pm. (The one on 580 by Countryside Mall) 20% of the purchases made that night go to our Drama Department. Buy some grub for our club!
Tonight at Sweet Tomatoes is Chorus's fundraising night! Eat a buffet meal for our singers! See Nathan for fliers.
We have Li'l Abner fliers to start advertising to friends, family, and in the community! Grab some and start selling pre-sale tickets for booster points!
Friday, October 24 - Halloween Social! Friends and food! Costume contest - best guy and best girl will be awarded! 12p-2:30p in the auditorium!

Next social Friday, October 24, after fourth block exams! It's a Halloween costume party! There will be a COSTUME CONTEST and a plethora of Halloween fun! Don't miss out!

Kat's sound meeting has been moved to Monday, October 6.

Mark orbited the meeting and did not sit.
People who still need proof of insurance were brought up to Mrs. Etheridge to sort things out.
Dues & Membership are still being collected! Turn yours in to Ian or Andrew if you haven't already!!
Andrew announced that tomorrow (9/25) at 1:45 pm in the auditorium is the audition for the Large Group Musical performance of "Cat-like Tread" from Pirates of Penzance.
Mark is still collecting Media Release Forms! Get them signed and be able to be featured on this website!

Donut sales are tomorrow! Starting at 6-6:15am. Be there or be square! Sell some sweets to help the club, and get Booster points to help yourself too!
Dues and membership forms are being collected. If you have not yet turned them in to Ian or Andrew, do so ASAP!
Media Release Forms were distributed. Get them signed and turn them back in to Mark if you would like to be a star on the site!
In two Fridays (9/19) we are having the first Dance Party of the year. But this time, in honor of Li'l Abner, it's a Sadie Hawkins dance party!! Come join the fun!
Membership cards will be given out next week to Musical Theatre class club members. Outside class members will receive cards soon after.

Hello and welcome!
First and foremost, membership forms and dues were due.
Nathan made an announcement about Christmas Caroling in the winter months. If you are interested, be sure to attend the meeting next Tuesday (9/9) at 1:30 pm in the Auditorium!
Donut sales are upon us. Sam Stump is the Donut Manager. If you want to be in charge of the sweet sales, let us know!
Plus, don't forget to arrive early to help sell donuts! Get booster points! Save money!
3 Absences and you're out. Or at least on probation. Don't forget to sign-in! Or if you are unable to attend a meeting don't forget to tell Kelly!

President Matt Stewart introduced himself.
First order of business was school insurance and you.
Vice President Hannah Giuffre introduced herself.
Secretary Kelly Sawtelle introduced herself.
Treasurer Ian Ricci introduced himself.
-Ian went over how members of the club need to pay dues and get school insurance (which can be purchased by visiting http://www.k12studentinsurance.com/). Musical Theatre students must turn in money by Thursday, August 28. Outside of class students must turn in money by the next meeting, Wednesday, September 3.
Historian Kristina Pabon introduced herself.
Membership/Publicity Andrew Richey introduced himself.
Webmaster Mark Hettig introduced himself.
-Mark went over that everyone needs to read the Drama Parent Handbook which can be found on the website, www.chstroupe900.com.
This Friday (8/29) is the first Drama Club social of the school year!
